"God damn it! Keep firing!" The lieutenant said.
He fired multiple rounds into the large monstrosities, for some reason the name 'Imp' popped into his head. They took at least ten rounds to down. They were agile, too. He aimed at one of the 'Imps' and fired. It jumped out of the way and latched onto the wall. It began to crawl up the wall and turned its head to look at him and shrieked. Then ran up the ceiling. He fired upwards, the red hot lead impacting its back. It fell to the ground and disappeared, its body disintergrating.

Shadow had his own problems which were becoming too many to count but nothing would stop him... Or nothing could for that matter, his armor was charred and battered as he fought his way through packs of the zombies beating them as often as shooting them to death. He ran through a door and locked it and his eyes met the sight of a communications console...

Elias was looking around "LT!" He shouted, and blew a zombie's head off. It had been attempting to take the LT from behind, luckily Godchild had stopped it.
A security guard zombie rushed at him. He shot the zombie in the gut, killing it instantly by seperating its lower half from its torso. He slung his empty shotgun around his shoulder and took the zombie's blaster. He wouldn't be needing it. With a blaster in each hand, he shot at the threat frantically.
"Whatever you're doing, you better do fucking quick Hayek. . .It's Prague all over again"

An Imp jumped on top of Godchild and began slashing away with its sharp claws. It scratched his cheek, drawing blood. He aimed the shotgun upwards and blew its head off. The body disintegrated on top of him. He arose and fired off more shotgun rounds into Imps and zombies alike.
"I got a name for these twats! Imps!" Godchild heard the lieutenant say.
"And of course, the human-like ones, zombies!" Godchild exclaimed.

Shadow keyed instructins for the emergency communications system and was greeted with the voice of the Normandy's Captain only with tons of static. He tried to tell him they needed assistance but wasn't sure if it got through...

Shotgun was out. Twin blasters again.
"God damn it. . . That's going to be one heavy fucking cross" he said to the lieutenant, still referencing the crucifixion the LT had promised if the mission went awry. He wouldn't live it down, not until he died.

Error: Message unable to be sent. Reason: Proper authorization required. Blue Security Key Card required. This keycard can be located in Marine Command or by a Marine Security unit.
Hayek cursed. The Marines would have to fight their way out of the hangar, reach the stairwell, and doubletime it down to Deck Three where they would find Marine Command, and hopefully, the keycard.

"Marines! Fight down to Deck Three and retrieve the Blue Key Card from Marines command! I need it to use the communications! I'll meet yall down there, Shadow out." He said over his comm. But seemed to drop out of contact completely after that and accidentally headed down to the scientific wing...

"Lieutenant, you get that?" Elias asked the LT, but didn't really stay around to get confirmation. He was sprinting for the door, opened it and covered it as he signaled for the Marines to get out of the hangar. It was a death trap now, a cemetary now, not a hangar.
"Double time you damn Suicide Suits!"

"Shadow, this is El-Tee... whatever you do, don't die. You hear me, mate?!" The lieutenant said.
"Meyen, have Second take point. Move to that door with all those KIA bastards and keep moving. We are gonna reach the stairwell and get down to Marine Command. Lee, you're in command of First Squad since you're next in line for now. Hope you'll be a little less mute, man. First Squad, watch our six. Move it, Marines!" The lieutenant said.
"Oh, and Mr. Death... you'll be in the middle with me so you can move freely between the two squads in case of wounded."

Elias nodded "My thoughts exactly sir" He said and followed the lieutenant.
This was some fucked up shit. The SMC was the janitor of the fucked up shit factory. Elias was just exhausted, not scared, or curious. He wanted this shit to be over, he needed a vacation.

Shadow was in a very cold very quiet medical center that looked strangely untouched by everything, the signal to the other marines was weak but there and curiosity got the better of him as he keyed a scientists personal computer after locking every door and started looking through the files...

"Lima Charlie." Meyen said, "Second, take point!"
The Marines of Second Squad took the point and began moving towards the doorway. They ran into the hall and began moving tactically down the halls, flashlights illuminating the poorly lit passageways and corridors. Godchild and the lieutenant were in the middle, with first watching the rear. Luckily, Krause had his cutting tool and sealed the doorway behind them. They would find another way in later, hopefully.
The Marines kept moving down the corridors, engaging any hostiles they might find.
Meanwhile...
The illumination was dim and all eyes were upon the lone figure moving through the darkness. A circuit sparked from a tore out light. Blood painted the walls. The horrifying part of this was, the blood was used to write on the walls.
Welcome to Hell...
You will die...
The writing continued on. It was disconcerting, more so than the bodies that accompanied the blood. Shadow ignored all of this. He needed to find Marine Command. Though something was telling him he was off course. He ignored this feeling as well, he was just being paranoid. He felt as though he was being watched by thousands of eyes and that feeling he did not ignore.
He scanned the area for hostility. Nothing. He continued moving. He rounded a corner and saw more blood, gore, and death. The intestines of a human ripped out onto the floor, left lazilly. And it appeared something had been snacking on the intestines. Canibles, now? Great. Shadow then noticed something... odd. On the floor, light eminated from what appeared to be a circle. As he moved closer, he saw what it truly was.
A pentagram glowed on the floor. Pulsating a golden hue of light. Then, Hayek heard a voice. It was but only a whisper. It did not feel like he was hearing it. It felt like this voice was in his head.
"Help me... please... help... please..." The voice chanted.
The hairs on the back of Hayek's necked arose. Something was definitely wrong.

Hayek had to say it... "How can I help you?" He asked surprised he did and chuckled lightly, what was he a store clerk? But the pentagram... Why? What was it for? He sighed and waited for a response he was safe but... something was wrong... Very wrong...

Krause reloaded his rifle. If anymore of these stupid zombie bastards were going to sneak up on him, he was going to be ready. He scanned the room, seeing where these things got in. Obviously they got in from hanger bay 6, but they seemed to surround them so quickly, he questioned if they didn't come from other places as well.
"Alright gentlemen, let's make sure no one gets wounded or killed this time around. Let me recharge everyone's armor before we move any further." Krause stated. He charged each of the Hellhounds armor, making sure it was completely full. "Let's hope we don't face something bigger than these stupid fuckers." Krause said, readying his weapon for any upcoming combat.
